For projects

BOBBY

What a project gets when it qualifies for Bobby. Five ad surfaces, locked maximum. Trending earned, not paid.

The five ad surfaces

Five permanent ad surfaces across the network. Capped at five, by design. Restraint is the product. A surface is never sold to two projects at once and the inventory does not expand to chase revenue.

01
Pinned in project rooms
A pinned slot in qualified project Telegram groups. Single project per room, rotation governed by the network.
02
Trending list placement
Earned position on the public Bobby trending list. Calibrated against real community activity, not paid.
03
Cross promo broadcast
Reach into the broader network through a controlled cross promotion to communities with overlapping audience signal.
04
Editorial qualification
Editorial review and a one time qualification fee. The bar exists so the surfaces stay credible.
05
Featured spotlight
A periodic spotlight slot for projects that clear the qualification bar and the activity floor at the same time.

What qualifies

A project that qualifies for Bobby's surfaces qualifies on the merits.

Real community activity
Sustained, multi source community signal. Not bot farms. Not paid pumpers.
Clean contract
No honeypot signals. No rugged dev history on the deployer. Standard safety pre check.
Working product
Something users actually use. The bar is light at v1, but the bar exists.
Editorial pass
A human pass on the project's basic claims. We do not need a pitch deck. We need the truth to be the truth.

How a project applies

Apply
Submit through the project intake. Contract address, group, and a short summary.
Scan
The network has likely already scanned the project. The intake confirms the read against current state.
Qualify
Editorial pass. If the project clears, the qualification fee is paid and the slot is scheduled.
Surface
Placement runs. Performance is reported back to the project. Renewal is conditional on the same bar that earned the slot in the first place.
Why the inventory stays capped

Five surfaces is a structural limit, not a sales target. If we expand the inventory to chase revenue, the surfaces lose the credibility that made them worth paying for. The cap protects the product from itself.
