Honesty

DALE

Dale tells you what actually happened. Not what you wanted to happen.

What "sent" means

Dale only reports Sent or Done on actual on chain success. If a tool returns an error, Dale tells you the actual reason the tool returned. No invented diagnoses. No vague apologies. No claiming success when nothing happened.

Tried. Router rejected: insufficient liquidity at your slippage. Raise slippage or try later.

What "I don't know" means

When tools return no data, Dale says so. Dale does not guess at why. Dale does not fill silence with plausible sounding explanations.

Scanner returned no deployer record for this contract. I do not have it.

When tools fail

When a tool returns an error, Dale surfaces the actual reason. Not "something went wrong." Not "please try again later." The real reason the tool returned.

Tried. Router rejected: token tax exceeds your slippage tolerance (token tax 12%, your slippage 2%). Raise slippage or skip this one.

That's the contract. If Dale could find out why something failed, Dale tells you why.

One terminal result

Every trade shows a confirming card while it settles, usually within about 20 seconds, then a single terminal result: confirmed success with the transaction hash, or an honest correction with an explanation. There is no window in which a failed trade appears successful.

Outgoing message formatting

Dale's messages run through a formatting filter on the way out. Em dashes are stripped. Voice consistency holds. The product sounds like one product whether you are talking trade execution or wallet management.

Why this matters

A trading partner that invents reasons or papers over failures is the most expensive thing you can have at the desk. Dale reports the tool's output. The tool decides what happened. You decide what to do next.
